• Purchases are tied to the email and account used at checkout.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Sharing your account, login credentials, or access links (including Zoom session links) is strictly prohibited.
• Evolve Beauty Marketing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized sharing.

4. Payment & Pricing
• All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other integrated payment providers.
• By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Prices are subject to change at any time; previously purchased products or sessions will remain at the price at which they were purchased.

5. Delivery of Digital Products & Coaching Services
• Digital products, including online courses, downloads, and digital resources, are delivered instantly via email or platform access upon purchase.
• 1:1 mentorship sessions, VIP Day intensives, coaching calls, and Zoom-based services are delivered at the scheduled time agreed upon at booking.
• You will receive confirmation emails with session details, including Zoom links or other access instructions where applicable.
• You acknowledge that digital delivery is immediate and coaching services are time-based.

6. Refund & Return Policy
• Due to the nature of digital products and reserved mentorship services, all sales are final.
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered once access is granted or a session is booked.
• This includes, but is not limited to: accidental purchases, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with content or results, or failure to attend a scheduled session.
• Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback may result in account suspension and legal action.
