Applies to: All digital products, online courses, mentorship programs, 1:1 coaching sessions, VIP Days, and services sold through Evolve Beauty Marketing LLC.

 

Digital Product Delivery

All digital products, including online courses, downloadable content, and digital resources, are delivered electronically via email or secure online account access upon successful purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that delivery is immediate and access is granted without delay.

 

1:1 Mentorship, VIP Days & Coaching Services

All 1:1 mentorship sessions, VIP intensives, strategy calls, coaching programs, and Zoom-based services are considered reserved time-based services.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details and access instructions, including a private Zoom link where applicable.

Because these services require dedicated calendar time, preparation, review, and customized strategic planning prior to your session:

All sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued once a session has been booked.

Failure to attend your scheduled session, late arrival, or inability to join due to technical issues on the client’s end does not qualify for a refund.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Accidental purchase

• Change of mind

• Scheduling conflicts

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Failure to attend a scheduled mentorship session

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Account Responsibility & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and login information.

• Sharing your account access with others is strictly prohibited.

• Access to purchased courses or digital materials is linked to the email and account used during purchase.

 

Fraud & Chargeback Policy

By completing your purchase, you confirm that your payment method is authorized and valid.

Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be formally contested using, but not limited to:


• Purchase records and invoices

• IP addresses and device information at time of purchase

• Email verification and account logs

• Access timestamps and delivery confirmations

• Session booking confirmations and Zoom attendance records


Payment processors, including Shopify Payments, may review these records to resolve disputes.


Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension

• Permanent ban from future services

• Legal action if necessary

 

Email Confirmation & Service Delivery

• Digital products are delivered instantly via email or online access.

• Mentorship and coaching services include confirmation details and session access instructions sent via email.

• Confirmation emails serve as receipt and proof of delivery or booking.

We are happy to assist with access issues but cannot issue refunds for digital products or reserved mentorship services once purchased.
